Crab



Today I am making appetizers for dinner this evening.  They consist of petit quiche shells, grape tomatoes, cream cheese, green onions, fresh dill, black pepper and crab meat.

Blend the cream cheese until soft and creamy, slowly add the green onions and fresh dill, then the black pepper.

Next drain the crab meat and add to the mixture.

Cut the grape tomatoes in half lengthwise and hollow out the seeds.  Place the half tomato inside the quiche shell, fill the tomato with the crab mixture.  Sprinkle very lightly with fresh dill. Refrigerate at least an hour and then serve.
